Camera Description

The Revere Model 44 super 8mm movie camera featured a 3-lens turret allowing the user to quickly change the shot and framing effect. The camera offered many controls and capabilities not typically associated with home movie making. These included speed control, slide view finder control to quickly match the selected lens, and quality Wollensak d-mount cinematic lenses. The quality of the manufacturer was excellent featuring chrome and brown leather surfaces. Ted designed this camera to look like a miniature version of the large studio movie cameras he regularly saw when his wife Betty Hutton the Hollywood Star was acting.
