Story Summary

Kodascope G-Series projector was the ultimate machine for the home theatre in the early 1950s. It was by far the most expensive home projector Kodak offered at the time. It showed 16mm film using the best optics available. The lens allowed for projection of clear crisp images onto a special silver screen. The drive mechanism was especially engineered to eliminate jittery pictures and replicate the movie theatre experience.

Projector Description

The G-series II 16 mm Kodascope projector was released in the late 1940s. It featured great optics to project clear images onto huge screens without having the projector far away which was a common problem. 16mm film produced much clearer and richer images than the smaller 8mm film. It was much more expensive to buy and develop.
