Time Frames

Each order is shipped as quickly as possible by the Rosie team. In-stock items will ship from our workshop within 1-2 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our workshop, it should arrive in 3-5 business days via US Post Office Priority Mail.

Please note that shipping times due to the high volume of holiday orders and COVID-19 are delayed and crazy right now. Your order may experience delays due to the increased shipping volume especially as we get closer to Christmas.

We ship Monday-Friday and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

Shipping Method

We ship USPS Priority Mail. We don’t make money on shipping and are charging you only the actual costs for packaging and shipping.

All products are sanitized before packing. We work hard to pack each order, so it doesn’t get damaged but it’s typically a rough ride for the box during shipping. Contact us  if you have any problems. We’ll make things right. Period.

We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve resources and limit waste. In the event that one or more items require additional processing time, we’ll ship your items as soon as possible.

To ensure your Rosie gets there, place on-lines orders by no later than 9pm Tuesday December 15, 2020

Additional Contactless Purchase Options in Pittsburgh Metro Area

  • Private Shopping Appointments. We offer private appointment shopping. Just call Claire at 412-592-9130 to schedule. The mall offers 30-minute parking spaces near the entrances for quick stops.
  • Curbside pickup. We offer order on-line and pickup curbside at Ross Park Mall. It’s super easy, pay on-line and call us when you’re at the mall and we’ll bring it out to you. There are designated curbside parking spaces near the mall entrances.
  • Local delivery. For orders over $650 we’ll white glove deliver to your door if you live within 30-miles of Ross Park Mall.
