We start with the vintage camera we procure through various camera and antiques dealers nationwide. It has been sitting in an attic or basement for 50+ years and is non-functioning. We lovingly visually restore it with the following:
- Removal of nicotine, mold, mildew with various solvents
- Dissemble and clean the lenses and optics
- Metal polishing using various cleaners and polishing agents
- Leather cleaning, repair and conditioning

Story Summary
Samuel loved factories and manufacturing and was often found on the line checking things out. Samuel engineered his cameras for the user. They were dependable, had unique features such as slow motion, and was built to last. His design esthetic was industrial because of his automobile experience. This gave the early Revere cameras a distinctive look from the competition.
Camera Description
The Revere Model 88 was one of the company’s first products and it was a hit. It was budget priced, small enough to fit in your pocket and had standard features the competition didn’t offer. It had a distinctive industrial design.
