Interesting accent light made from a vintage Minolta Hi-Matic 35mm. This is the model that Astronaut John Glenn took up into space on Friendship 7 in 1962. Interesting accent light made from a vintage Kodak Range Finder 35mm. Norma Jeane Baker (later known as Marilyn Monroe) modeled with this camera, it was one of her first paid modeling jobs after the war. During WWII she worked at the Radioplane munitions factory in Van Nuys, CA. She was discovered by War Department photographer David Conover who was shooting female workers for a morale boosting program. See below for detailed story.

But when he was 21 years old, he was drafted into the army and fought on the frontlines in Europe. He bought an Argus C3 brick and took 8,000 photographs of the war.
