Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy. You can return items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will go back on the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase.

Two options for returns:

  • You can return the item in store.
  • You can mail the items back to Rosie’s Workshop.
    1. Feel free to ship items back in our packaging. In the event that you have thrown away our original packaging, use your own packaging materials.
    2. Include a copy of your receipt or order slip. If you don’t have your receipt or order slip, provide your Name, cell phone # and email address so we can look up your payment information. We may need to call you and ask for your credit card information to look up the transaction to process the refund.
    3. You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
    4. Ship returns to:

Exchanges can be made.

  1. Contact us to request an exchange. Please have your receipt or order slip on hand. If you don’t have your receipt or order slip, you’ll need to provide your name, cell phone #, email address, and credit card information so we can look up your transaction.

Defective or Damaged Items

If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us  as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. And don’t worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
